INGREDIENTS
2 pkg. (1 oz. each) fresh rosemary sprigs 1 pkg. (8 oz.) extra sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Vermont sharp white cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
12 Kalamata olives
5 pimento-stuffed green olives
2 red pepper strips
DIRECTIONS
1. Place 10-inch circle of parchment paper on plate. Arrange rosemary sprigs around edge of parchment 2. Top rosemary with cheese cubes and olives to resemble photo
3. Add pepper strips for the ribbon
