Ingredients
1 small garlic clove, smashed
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 cup Farmer's All Natural Buttermilk
Freshly ground pepper
How to Make It
StepSprinkle the garlic with a pinch of salt and mash to a paste. In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar. Whisk in the buttermilk and season with pepper. Pour over your favorite salad!
Notes
Blue Cheese Dressing Add 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese. Tzatziki Dressing Add 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese and 1 tablespoon chopped dill.
