The holidays are around the corner and when you are pressed for time and need a quick and easy dessert or cake to entertain with, this recipe is going to save the day! This yummy Pumpkin Spice Eggnog bundt cake is just the thing to put you in the holiday spirit!
Ingredients
1 (18¼ oz) package yellow cake mix.
1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie fill mix.
¾ cup Royal Crest Pumpkin Spice Eggnog
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 Eggs
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
confectioner's sugar - for decoration
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggnog, and oil; beat on low speed until moistened.
Add eggs and nutmeg; beat on medium-high speed for 4 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted or tube (bundt) pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle confectioner's sugar if desired.
